When Samantha* came to our office, she had already seen several dentists. She had broken-down teeth and cavities on every single tooth. Each time she saw a new dentist, the treatment plan felt overwhelming. She would start some of the treatment, but she never finished. She could never see the end in sight.

A Plan She Could See From Start to Finish

With Samantha, we made everything transparent. Before we ever touched her teeth, we mapped out exactly:

  • Which teeth needed to come out
  • Which teeth needed crowns
  • Where we would place her implants
  • What would be done at every single appointment
  • How long each appointment would take
  • How much each appointment would cost
  • What she could expect her smile to look like

Everything was explained in a presentation she could take home and discuss with her family. She told us how much she appreciated how thorough the plan was before any treatment started.

An Office Just for Her

Because her treatment was extensive, there were days when we closed the office just for Samantha, so we could make the most of each appointment without any interruptions. These accommodations helped her feel more at ease. She knew she had my undivided attention.

Her Treatment

Samantha’s restoration included 3 dental implants, a root canal and 24 esthetic crowns, in about 7 appointments.

From start to finish, her case took 2 years, because we waited for her implants to heal before restoring her smile permanently. She didn’t have to wait to smile, though. Within the first month she had temporaries that looked very much like her final crowns.

Today Samantha smiles confidently, and she can finally eat the foods she avoided for years.

“I love that I can finally eat the foods I’ve waited so long to eat. I love that I can finally smile big without covering it up.”

Full Mouth Restoration Questions

What is a full mouth restoration?

A full mouth restoration rebuilds most or all of your teeth with one coordinated plan. Depending on what you need, it can include crowns, dental implants, root canals and removing teeth that cannot be saved. Samantha’s restoration included 3 implants, a root canal and 24 esthetic crowns.

How long does a full mouth restoration with implants take?

It depends on your case. Samantha’s took 2 years from start to finish and about 7 appointments. Most of that time was spent waiting for her implants to heal before her final crowns were placed.

Will I have teeth while my implants heal?

Samantha had temporary teeth within the first month, and they looked very much like her final crowns. Dr. Nadia will explain what your temporaries will look like at your consultation.

Can I see the whole plan and the cost before treatment starts?

Yes. Before we start, we map out which teeth need to come out, which need crowns, where implants will go, what happens at every appointment, how long each one takes and how much each one costs. You also see what your smile is expected to look like, and you get a presentation to take home and discuss with your family.

I started treatment before but never finished. Can you help?

Yes. Samantha had seen several dentists and never finished her treatment because she could not see the end in sight. A complete, step-by-step plan, explained before any treatment begins, made the difference for her.

Does insurance cover dental implants and crowns?

Many PPO plans cover part of the cost of crowns and root canals, and some also cover part of dental implants. We accept most major PPO plans, and your treatment plan shows the cost of every appointment so you know what to expect.
